I've learned to always ask my EBSCO person to help when it comes to
activating subscriptions at Ingenta. It works faster and that's what
they're paid to do, as my EBSCO person always tells me. When I activate
on my own (following their instructions), it never seems to work, which
leads me to wonder whether my customer code is wrong, but this is not
the case. Activating new subscriptions used to work a lot better in my
experience.
