Re: Claiming-Anyone else ever have this happen? Dice, Roberta 25 Apr 2008 18:17 UTC

I have never had this problem but I have had replies that copies were
sent that we never received. Has anyone ever
requested a reply from publisher requesting the address to which an
issue was sent? We are part of the University
of Colorado system and we have sometimes been mistaken for other
Colorado institutions of higher education. Not
to mention the Aurora public library .
