Thanks to all who responded to my query about problems dealing with Dun &
Bradstreet.  It appears we are not alone.  We receive 10 titles from them,
and it looks like at least some of them may be available through one of
our vendors.  I'm going to look into switching as many titles away from
direct receipt as possible -- this seems to be a situation where adding a
middleman is a good thing!
