Andrea, We are having the same problem with content for several of our journals. The few times that we are actually able to enter the website (and I have tried at home with a very broadband connection), much of the content is missing and none of the new content is available. We get the same message of "Not yet published" though we know that the print editions have been out for some time. I did get a response from Meg, but it was not very helpful. She basically just said we would have to wait patiently. I am still pursuing the matter as I find that completely unacceptable. We have to make some cuts this year, and I will be looking heavily at the Haworth titles. I find it the height of irony that we are having so many problems with journals that are for the library professionals. It took about 9 minutes to get to the journal page and I can't get any of the content in vol 48 because the application times out. And this is a publisher who publishes a large number of library journals. Could editors of Haworth library journals request additional information from the publisher? The publisher's response indicating that the problem will be resolved in early 2009 is just simply not acceptable. So I tried again. ***Nine minutes*** it took= to access the site.
