Re: Titles dropped from Project Muse over time Ginanni, Katy 24 Jul 2008 14:55 UTC

Hi Pat,

Some subscription vendors can provide a report that details the changes
that have occurred in the packages you order through them. Titles that
have moved into the package, and titles that have left (or "leavers and
joiners" as I just saw it referred to in an e-mail from Oxford). I
don't know, however, if they can provide the report retrospectively.
Might be worth asking about.

Subject: [SERIALST] Titles dropped from Project Muse over time

How can I find out how many (and which) titles have ever been dropped
from Project Muse? I have the info about the Duke University Press
titles, but other than those have there been very many?

I am thinking of proposing that we cancel the print for titles in
both Muse and JSTOR, but I want to be sure that Muse is pretty
stable. It seems to me that earlier this year I had run across a
number of titles that used to be in Muse and were not any more, but I
didn't make a note of them and can't remember exactly.
