Same problem at UB and I imagine that's the case most places.

Clever of them to schedule the migration to coincide with ALA and the
4th of July weekend, don't you think?

I wasn't actually at ALA but I managed to catch up with our rep who
referred me to his assistant, who, unfortunately, really didn't know how
to proceed, except to talk to their customer accounts people, who
appeared to be on vacation.

TODAY I received an e-mail from their specialist in the UK who wanted to
know...

"Please can you detail the problems your users are having so I can look
into? Do you have a Blackwell customer number?

My first response was unprintable so you'll have to use your imagination.

In the meantime, onwards and upwards!
