One question:

Any "big deal" customers experiencing these problems or are the rest of
you in our boat, namely, we purchase the Blackwell titles individually
through a number of sources depending?

The fact that we don't *have* a Blackwell customer number (we weren't
buying direct from Blackwell) shouldn't matter but in this case it
obviously does...
