We switched to Swets about 2 years ago (not our choice). It wasn't a good transition and we are still dealing with issues regarding online access. Since subs. were renewed with a new vendor publishers were seeing us as a new subscriber with a new subscriber number, not a renewal - so previous registration was not carried over for a lot of titles. I use the Swets online interface for claiming and managing online access (I don't do ordering or renewals) and it's pretty decent - they've made a lot of improvements during the time that we've had them.
