We have tried ECO and weren't satisfied with it and were wondering what service other people on here use. By Document Delivery I mean a link to the article from an electronic journal is sent via email to the patron (who initiates the request) and the link is good for 30 days or so and then disappears. Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Respond directly to me and I'll summarize to the list if you want. Thanks in advance for your responses.
