We have been very satisfied with them. Their prices seem to be lower than Ebsco's, and their customer service has been outstanding. Even with our regular rep out temporarily, we've gotten quick responses and thorough service. I think one reason we've had more success with them is that they're more willing to work with a smaller library, so your results may be different.

Hi,
I've recently heard of a subscription vendor called WT Cox.
Do any of you work with them, and if so, what has your experience been like? (Customer service, prices, etc.).
I'm particularly interested in hearing from academic university libraries, although I definitely appreciate input from all.
Feel free to email me off the list if you prefer to do so (adamo@hartford.edu).
Thanks so much!
