Well, I don't know about others, but we can see use by database and
title in the Serials Solutions administrative side.  Of course, that
does not tell us about the people who go directly to the free resource
without going through our A to Z list or 360 Search, but it does give us
a good idea of what is used.  Just because it is available and free does
not mean that I add it to our resources.  And, no, I am not assuming
that just because something is indexed, it is used, but it is one
criteria that I look at and I know that other institutions look at.
