If you are the primary decision maker, then just weigh the value of the extra pub. vs. shelf space and content. Many times things come for awhile and then stop so the effort put into tracking them is compromised. If it seems to have staying power, then we do add to our catalog, check in, and either current x years, or bind. I don't worry too much about hunting down what we used to get but don't or even what we should get but don't (unless we are really paying for those extras).
