**Apologies for Cross-Posting**

We are trying to develop a policy for our electronic licenses.  Would anyone
be willing to share their policy and/or guidelines? This could include a
decision making matrix or paradigm, guidelines for the subject specialists,
or a library policy.   Also, do you post a copyright statement on you're A-Z
page to the effect that it is the users' responsibility to follow
appropriate copyright laws?
