Friends and colleagues, it's getting to be that time of year again.  The
conference season approaches and first on my list for coverage is the
New England Technical Services Librarians' Spring Conference, to be held
April 17th.   Simply attend the conference as you normally would, take
good notes, and write up a report for publication in the "Serials Spoken
Here" column in /Serials Review/.  Earn a byline and do a service for
your colleagues who are unable to attend.  For a one-day conference, I'm
looking for one reporter.  Interested parties should contact me at
