Re: Create lists Virginia Taffurelli 27 Mar 2009 13:54 UTC

Good morning, Sarah.

In III Millennium, when you export the records, include MARC 21 008 field
y1. This is the frequency field in the fixed field information. Be aware,
however, that this is not always accurate. Many titles change frequency
over the years and the bibliographic records are not updated.

I hope this is helpful.

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create a list that includes the frequency information of all
current serials (titles with a card and status of "current"). I do not
want to limit by frequency, but rather create a list that includes the
frequency information. Can this be done?

The summary area of the holdings record in III includes the frequency info,
but I cannot find a way include the frequency within the create lists
function. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,
Sally
