I have had no problems receiving BackServ messages after the holidays (I
changed my subscription status to "on vacation" in December, so I can't
speak for the last couple of weeks of that month).

Just my two cents: If they were switching to a different server at the end
of December, it seems like that was a smart move on Swets part to do it
while during "the holidays." (I realize many libraries are still open during
the holidays, but it is really not the best time to be mailing things out
anyway if you want it to reach its destination in a timely manner.) I love
the service and appreciate its existence very much -- and all the libraries
who participate!
