I use it and don't normally have a problem but I would imagine it could crash if it's taking too long to chug through those stats.

  Does anyone use Ebsco A-Z overlap analysis?  I rarely get to complete an analysis without it crashing.  I'm just wondering if it is a local issue or the system can't handle comparisons of more than a few resources.
