"OLUC Product Management Division will begin its
investigation in 1991 of the implementation of the USMARC Format for
Holdings Data.  Our current plans are to implement the format when
we re-implement the current Union List System into the PRISM service.
Re-implementation of Union Listing is scheduled to begin after the
re-implementation of ILL, NAD, and Authorities."
