We have not yet received any videos with our periodicals at the University of
Buffalo, but we have received computer disks accompanying one title. our
audiovisual collection is housed separately, so we have put a note on the
disk pocket in the periodical that the disk is housed in the audiovisual
collection (where it has been fully cataloged and a call number assigned.)
we don't know if any patrons are using the material, but felt this was the
best access we could give. a similar approach for videos will probably be
used if it ever comes to that. while not exactly the same as your question,
the philosphy seems applicable. good luck.
