Has anyone dealt with a distributor for Soviet periodicals named EAST VIEW PUBL
ICATIONS?  They announce themselves as sole distributors for several titles fro
m the Interior Ministry, etc.  No one here has ever heard of them or done busin
ess with them.  Given the current situation in the USSR, I'm not sure that the
titles being advertised will be forthcoming, but, if they are, we need them.  I
 am somewhat leery about prepaying to a company I've never heard of for somethi
ng I may not be able to get.  I'd appreciate any help or information anyone on
the list can offer.
