    I suppose we have about the same problems with the Chronicle as
    everyone else.  The February 19th issue (the one with my picture
    on the cover) had not arrived for a week beyond when it would
    normally come, so we called about it and they sent it.

    With regard to the NYT, it was extremely slow in arriving by
    mail.  We went to a local vendor to deliver it in person through
    our book return slot every day.  This has done wonders for the currency
    of our subscription!
