Subject: Fragmentary Backruns

         In our library, if there are substantial runs of issues and
         volumes we keep them.  If the issues are very scattered and
         unbound, we may send them to the National Library of Canada.
         It is better to hold on to them for at least a couple of years.
         You may never know.  The same title may be requested for
         re-ordering.
