Subject: Availability of OCLC's FirstSearch

Does anyone know if OCLS is still offering FirstSearch, a computerized
system for reference searches, only through libraries?  In an article
that appeared in the Oct. 9, 1991, Chronicle of Higher Education, it was
mentioned that users would soon be able to access FirstSearch through
the Internet as well as the university library.

If anyone has info  about FirstSearch access, please let me know. And
