We are quite interested in this same question.  Could you please share
the results with us?  We have a hard time getting info on programs/
courses that are being abandoned.  Depts seem threatened by admitting
that certain programs are no longer appropriate.  When we know, we try
to review journals which supported that program in an effort to meet
inflation on remaining periodical subscriptions and to take care of the
new programs and courses.
