 We treat the diskettes that are ads as ephemeral materials, that is, we make
 no special effort to preserve them, though we do put a pocket in the issue
 to house the diskette. For diskettes that are part of the issue contents we
 make an archival copy & keep the original on reserve to check out for users.

 Of the course, one of the problems here is determining what's part of the
 contents- these things aren't always clearly labelled.
