Subject: Date qualifiers in 130 field

We at Kansas State University have a question regarding the format of
corporate body and date qualifiers of serial titles in the 130 field,
when 3 title changes within one year result in 2 130s being the same,

e.g.

  (a)  Extension bulletin (University of Nebraska (Lincoln campus).
          Dept. of Agricultural Extension : 1913) [for nos. 10-18]

  (b)  Extension bulletin (University of Nebraska (Lincoln campus).
          [for no. 19-20]

  (c)  Extension bulletin (University of Nebraska (Lincoln campus).
          Dept. of Agricultural Extension : 1913)  [for no. 21]

We came up with the idea of further qualifing the date of (c) by the
month,   e.g   : 1913 : Sept.)

Is this appropriate?

Has anyone else come across this problem, and if so, how did you solve
it?
