Thanks to all who provided helpful suggestions and missing information,
and especially to Pamela Simpson of NSDP, who checked with the British
ISSN Center about the change in ISSN for the new series.

The British ISSN Center was unaware that this actually a continuation of
an existing title and assigned the new ISSN at the request of the new
publisher.  The old ISSN has been cancelled, and Pamela has updated the
OCLC record to reflect the changes.
