Does anyone have ordering information for this publication?  I have
seen it described in a message forwarded from another ListServ but have
not been able to find it in any serials directory, print or online.
The forwarded message referred to publicity about the publication in a
number of news sources and that it "[flew] off the newsstands" within a
week of launch.
