I would like to thank everyone who responded to my question on the serial
title, "HOSPITALS & HEALTH NETWORKS". The questions I asked are moot,
however, since CONSER or LC has since upgraded the record and added the
following subject headings (I am including them below, so that anyone who
is interested can see what ended up being the subject headings):

650 0 Hospitals $x Periodicals
650 0 Hospitals $z United States $x Periodicals
650 0 Hospitals $z Canada $x Periodicals
650 0 Health facilities $x Periodicals
650 0 Medical care $x Periodicals

I never did get an answer, however, from anyone who knows exactly what a
"health network" is. ^^^^^^^
