HEAD OF SERIALS AND INTERLIBRARY LOAN LIBRARIAN
Delta State University Library seeks applications for Serial/ILL
librarian available immediately.  Responsible for coordinating serials
control activities, including ordering, check-in and online holdings
records, supervising staff of 2.5; managing the Geac serials control
subsystems.  Responsible also for management and total operational
activities of interlibrary loan department; participating in collection
development and library-wide activities.  REQUIREMENTS: MLS from ALA
accredited program; minimum 2 years experience in serials acquisitions
preferred; working knowledge of automated library systems; knowledge of
and experience with interlibrary loan regulations and copyright
requirements; and broad understanding of bibliographic searching and
information resources.  BENEFITS:  Faculty rank, 12 month appointment;
comprehensive medical insurance coverage, annual leave and health care
leave, plus most university holidays.  SALARY: $20,000 - 22,000,
