We receive several Haworth titles.  What amazes me is the imprint will
state "published quarterly," but they don't define quarterly as once
every 3 months.  With the experience I've had, Haworth should state
"published when we get around to it."  They may take 2 years or longer
to publish a "quarterly" volume, or publish 2 such volumes during the
calendar year.
