The Guardian has definitely ceased publication.  Ebsco has advised us
that the publisher will not refund for 1993 (and half of 1992; it ceased
with 44:39 Aug.12,1992 issue) but is fulfilling the subscription with
The Nation, which, of course, we already get and had already paid for.
