Yes, we were also having this problem, and although my info says "Bowker"
I feel sure it was with "Reed" titles as well. It took several calls, but
I finally hooked up with Loretta Kuhn who said that we had at one time
requested three triplicate invoices, but that if I faxed her permission to
stop they would. That seems to have done the trick, though I doubt we had
ever asked for more than one triplicate invoice per item! Try asking for
Loretta when you call customer service, it worked for us!
