Dear Lorraine - We use Faxon's Microlinx system.  It does not interface
with our OPAC, which we wish it did, but otherwise has worked very well
for us for the past 4-5 years.  Once purchased and trained, the contract
is $800/yr. which covers technical support and updates on software.  The
tech support has been excellent.  It took 6mos-year to get every title set
up and running.  We did them as they were received and some do not come as
often.  We also check in serials in parts - indexes, abstracts, S&P etc.
The claiming is very easy and nice.
