I would like to extend many thanks to everyone who responded to my inquiry/
request for comments about book jobbers.  Many responses were favorable
towards Midwest and Blackwell North American.  We are going to do a trial
basis with Midwest and Blackwell North American to help us decide which one
is the best of the two.  Thanks again for everyone's response!
