In regard to Steve Murden's request regarding Disclosure, when we
subscribed we compared the fiche received against the packing slip and
recorded that figure.  We did not attempt to match against a listing of
NY or American SE companies; nor did we attempt to retain a record of
what we had received per company.  We received fiche several times a
week, usually in small shipments, so it was an easy task to check and
count the fiche.  We had the packing slips and could use those if
audited.
