Subject: SERIALS AVAIL. FULL-TEXT ON-LINE

Does anyone know of any sources listing medical and nursing journals
that are available full-text in an online database?  If so, which
databases offer this service?  Our present journal vendor, EBSCO, is
in the process of trying to cull this information from their database,
but it's very slow going.  Any help would be appreciated.
