We have used MicroLinx for 6-7 years.  It is a great system and will do most or
all of what you asked.  We also have training on PALS' serials control
subsystem, and I believe it is superior, but only because it is mainframe-based
and will do more than a micro-based system.  Prediction and claiming are all
adequate.  However, you may wish to make sure that Faxon's sale goes through OK
before you make a decision.  Their processing of claims for us in the past year
has gotten slower and leaves something to be desired, whereas years ago it was
without fault.
