I would like to hear from people about what vendors are used for Latin
American publications.  This would cover Mexico, Central America and South
America.  Please respond with the name of the the vendor and the address
and a critique of their service. We are not especially looking for any of
the large vendors although we want to hear about them, but also any small
vendors that can serve our needs.
