 My experience with Serials Quest has been very positive. I too was rather
 stumped by the system until I attended a training session in Philadelphia a
 year ago, and then I was really inspired. The system is *very* user friendly
 and we have had students who have entered our wants and our dups for exchange.
 We have actually gotten to the point where our credits for exchanges we send
 out almost balance our expenses for issues that we have gotten.

 During a five months period we sent out 16 issues to other libraries and
 received 18 issues that we needed from other libraries.
