The best information I have received from vendors is that they expect that
the major publishers worked the expected postage increase into their 1995
prices and that we won't see supplementals for postage from that group.

Smaller publishers may have not done so.  Again, the vendors I have spoken
to expect that the small publishers will increase 1996 prices, but that most
won't go back and readjust 1995.  We can only hope.
