Elsevier's Web server at http://www.elsevier.nl/ lists an address for US claims
and one for claims outside US. The US address is: usclaims-f@elsevier.com.
This is a very well organized Web site and worth exploring. Their catalogs
are mounted there and are searchable and they have online order forms
available. The TULIP project has it's own home page and you can see a
demo of it.
