Thanks to some quick responses (especially to Bob Persing) I have discovered
that SerialsQuest was bought by Faxon a couple of years ago and is now
called Faxon Quest.

So... does anyone out there now use Faxon Quest?  Recommended?  Restricted
to Faxon customers?  Costs?  Hit rate?
