I am looking for some information about a publication called 3W World
Wide Web Newsletter.  We currently receive this publication in our
library, but our subscription has fallen very far behind.  We have
tried contacting the publishers in London through E-mail and through
AOBC but so far we have received no answer.  I was wondering if anybody
has had any experience with this publication and if so, how far behind
are you in getting you issues.
