In addition to using Z39.44 for the ZCSU union list, we are in Level 3
Option B (as OCLC really only supports that level and option).  As
editor for the List, I represent 19 (really 21, but the others haven't
started yet as they are new campuses) universities.: the California
State University campuses.  As a correction or update is made to a record,
the record is supposed to be upgraded from Z39.42 to Z39.44, but there
is no way we can really FORCE the issue. I send out forms telling each
campus of errors made or changes that need to be made (such as title change
or cessation), but each campus makes its own corrections.  If the List
gets too chaotic, that may change, but none of us really want to see that
happen.  In addition to being in ZCSU, our list is part of a larger
Calif. list, but I can't for the life of me remember the name of it now.
