At Georgia Tech, we received the Sept/Oct 1993 issue on 1/7/94 and the 1994
Buyer's Guide on 4/21/94.  We have not received an issue since the 1994
Buyer's Guide.  We have noted that Ebsco, our vendor, has this title listed
as unable to locate publisher.  I would consider the title suspended.
