Subject: BINDING CONTRACTS

          A copy of the query from Genevieve Clay was forwarded to me for
          response.  She was asking for help in revising her binding
          contract.  The best source is an ARL resource guide prepared by
          Jan Merrill-Oldham called "Managing a Library Binding Program."
          It includes a guide to drafting binding contracts from the Abbey
          Newsletter and sample contracts from the State of Conn. and the
          Univ. of Oregon.
