Allen - the supplements have separate numbering and randomly supplement the
regular-numbered issues. For example, in 1994 there were 10 supplements to
some of the regular monthly issues. Supplement 10 is a supplement to
vol.44:12, which is part of the normal run.

Our checkin records indicate that V. 43, no 2 for the title _Neurology_
exists separate from the piece identified as V. 43, no. 2, supp. 1. We
also show corresponding issues for other numbered issues and the
supplements as well.

Neurology is published monthly, so you would have v.43
#1,2,3,4,5,6,etc. They ALSO publish supplements that are number
consecutively within the volume (ie: supp #1,supp #2,etc) These will
also have an issue number, to which they correspond. Not all issues
will have a supplement.

To have a complete volume, you want v.43 #1-12 and the corresponding
supplements, (ie: supps 1-6). The index should list the supplements.

If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me.
