After checking our microfilm reel of v.32 (1995) of Demography, I found the
following enumeration and dates for the individual issues:

v.32:no.1 February 1995
v.32:no.2 May 1995
v.32:no.3 August 1995
v.32:no.4 November 1995

Perhaps you are missing v.32:no.2 *and* receiving the issues excessively
late.  I hope this helps.
