Subject: Comparisons--UMI and IAC full-text of business journals

As a multicampus library, we are always comparing services.  We
have seen UMI Direct and IAC's SearchBank.  We have used/seen UMI and IAC
business products on CD.  If any of you have information about users'
responses to business indexing and/or text provided by these two
companies, cost comparisions, technical requirements (no matter the
format), I would greatly appreciate the sharing of the info with us.
Pro's and con's of PowerPages?  Cost stability, reliability--any factors
that would help in analyzing business offerings by UMI and IAC.
